In the case of an Emergency:

Fire hose reels can be found around the Park as per the above Evacuation Safety Plan.
Fire extinguishers can also be found in each roofed accommodation and the camp kitchen.
It is not the Park's expectation that guests will put out fires should they occur. These are provided should guests feel confident in preventing a small fire from spreading and to help the CFS access water/extinguish fires when they arrive.

To arrange a different check-in or check-out time, please talk to our Park Managers on 08 8558 2458 between office hours.
We will always try to accommodate an early/late check-in or check-out when possible (within reason). Other bookings may impact our capacity to offer this, though, and it is therefore at the discretion of the Park Managers.
Directions :
- Get Directions from wherever you are in 2 clicks with Google Maps!
Boom Gates :
- The boom gate sensors allow one car at a time only to go through. Please do not follow someone through. Use your pin for every entry & exit.
Car Parking :
- There is parking room for 1 vehicle per site. Any additional vehicles can be parked in the visitor parking area. Trailers can be parked in the designated area (see Park Map).
Rubbish :
- Please place general waste in the appropriate bins provided throughout the park.
Visitors :
- Your visitors are more than welcome at our Park! Simply have them sign in at the office. This will allow us to know they're on grounds should an emergency occur. Please note, visitors are also responsible for following the Park behavioural standards as outlined in your booking terms & conditions.
Water Park :
- Access to the Water Park is included with all accommodation bookings. It is only for park guests’ use. All children under 13 years of age require supervision by an adult.
Baby / Kids Bathroom:
- There is a change table and raised bathtub for babies and kids located at the amenity block nearest the camp kitchen and games room. Please see the team at Reception for the access code.
We want to ensure all guests enjoy their stay with us. Sometimes ideas on what makes a "good" holiday differ, though. Please help us ensure everyone has a good holiday by following these behavioural standards deemed by the Park as in the best interest of everyone. Behaviour that fails to observe these standards may see guests being asked to leave the Park.
- Speed within the park is limited to 10km. Please follow all Park road signage as we hope you do legally enforced road rules.
- Temperament should always be friendly when speaking with our Park Managers or other guests.
- Smoking & Vaping in the Cabins, Facilities and undercover areas of the Park is not permitted. It is also recommended to keep the proximity of others in mind while outdoors too.
- Language used within the Park grounds should be suitable for all ages. As a family park, we need to respect there is likely to be children nearby and avoid cursing, obscenity and mature topics.
- Noise Level from 10.00 pm - 8.00 am should be confined to your area/group. If other guests can hear you, please lower the volume.
- Drinking responsibly is recommended to avoid behaviour that fails to observe the above standards.
- Children should not be left unsupervised in the Park grounds. Please, know where your children are and what they are doing, at all times.

If the cabin is missing a provision or a provision is not working as expected, please let us know as soon as possible so we may try & correct it for you.
Caravans, camper trailers & RVs should be parked with their tow hitches facing the roadway. This positioning is also in accordance with fire regulations.
A dump point is available in our Park for travellers convenience as marked on the Park Map.
If the site is missing a provision or a provision is not working as expected, please let us know as soon as possible so we may try & correct it for you.
(only permitted outside of Fire Danger Season, as stipulated by SA CFS)
- Communal Fire Place - Join other guests around the communal fire place during winter. Wood is supplied with guests invited to light and bringing their own drinks and nibbles as they wish. It's a great opportunity to meet fellow travellers and hear their stories!
- Site Fire Pits - Site fire pits are, unfortunately, not permitted at Normanville.

Please note, there are two amenity blocks in the park should you require one while the other is being cleaned.

Pets are welcome to stay with our guests on Powered Sites and in our dedicated Pet Cabins.
For the benefit of all guests (including your pets), please note:
- Leads are required to be on pets, at all times
- Facilities are not to be entered by pets
- Waste is to be cleaned up immediately (bags are placed around the park for your convenience)
- Accompany pets at all time. If you leave the Park, it is expected that you'll take them with you. This expectation extends to not leaving pets outside or in the car while guests are in their accommodation.
- Walking your pet along the beach behind our Park is recommended.
(Please note, the sand dunes are a protected conservation area. Pets should be kept on a lead and walked only on the forged pathway of the dune).
Water Park
Located at the front of the Park is a fun, vibrant water park with slides, splash bucket, water tunnels and domes for guests use. All children under 13 years of age require supervision by an adult.
Playground
On the way to your site/cabin you will see a small playground perfect for little ones. It has:

- 1/2 court basketball
Games Room
Next to the camp kitchen and BBQ area is a games room to keep kids entertained as you cook and share a meal together. Escape to this cool/warm space with family and friends to play a game of air hockey or hold your own pinball championship.
The coin-operated machines are serviced regularly and take coin or card payments.
