In the case of an Emergency:

- Wait at the Fire Evac Area indicated on the Park Map
Fire hose reels can be found around the Park as per the above Evacuation Safety Plan.
Fire extinguishers can also be found in each roofed accommodation.
It is not the Park's expectation that guests will put out fires should they occur. These are provided should guests feel confident in preventing a small fire from spreading and to help the CFS access water/extinguish fires when they arrive.

To arrange a different check-in or check-out time, please talk to our Park Managers on 08 8762 2128 between office hours.
We will always try to accommodate an early/late check-in or check-out when possible (within reason). Other bookings may impact our capacity to offer this, though, and it is therefore at the discretion of the Park Managers.

Car Parking :
- There is parking room for 1 vehicle per site. Any additional vehicles can be parked in the visitor parking area. For trailer parking, please speak with the Park Team.
Rubbish :
- Please place general waste in the appropriate bins provided throughout the park.
Visitors :
- Your visitors are more than welcome at our Park! Simply have them sign in at the office. This will allow us to know they're on grounds should an emergency occur. Please note, visitors are also responsible for following the Park behavioural standards as outlined in your booking terms & conditions.
We want to ensure all guests enjoy their stay with us. Sometimes ideas on what makes a "good" holiday differ, though. Please help us ensure everyone has a good holiday by following these behavioural standards deemed by the Park as in the best interest of everyone. Behaviour that fails to observe these standards may see guests being asked to leave the Park.
- Speed within the park is limited to 10km. Please follow all Park road signage as we hope you do legally enforced road rules.
- Temperament should always be friendly when speaking with our Park Managers or other guests.
- Smoking & Vaping in the Cabins, Facilities and undercover areas of the Park is not permitted. It is also recommended to keep the proximity of others in mind while outdoors too.
- Language used within the Park grounds should be suitable for all ages. As a family park, we need to respect there is likely to be children nearby and avoid cursing, obscenity and mature topics.
- Noise Level from 10.00 pm - 8.00 am should be confined to your area/group. If other guests can hear you, please lower the volume.
- Drinking responsibly is recommended to avoid behaviour that fails to observe the above standards.
- Children should not be left unsupervised in the Park grounds. Please, know where your children are and what they are doing, at all times.

If the cabin is missing a provision or a provision is not working as expected, please let us know as soon as possible so we may try & correct it for you.
For the best alignment with our site mats, caravans, camper trailers & RVs should be parked with their tow hitches facing the roadway. This positioning is also in accordance with fire regulations.
A dump point is available in our Park for travellers convenience as marked on the Park Map.

- Communal Fire Pit - Join other guests around the communal fire pit during winter. Lit nightly on request, wood is supplied with many guests bringing their own chairs, drinks and nibbles. It's a great opportunity to meet fellow travellers and hear their stories!
- Site Fire Pits - Site fire pits are, unfortunately, not permitted at Naracoorte.

Closed 1 hour daily for cleaning as per signage.
Please note, there are two amenity blocks in the park should you require one while the other is being cleaned.

Pets are welcome to stay with our guests on Powered Sites and in our dedicated Pet Cabins.
For the benefit of all guests (including your pets), please note:
- Leads are required to be on pets, at all times
- Facilities are not to be entered by pets
- Waste is to be cleaned up immediately (bags are placed around the park for your convenience)
- Accompany pets at all time. If you leave the Park, it is expected that you'll take them with you. This expectation extends to not leaving pets outside or in the car while guests are in their accommodation.
- Walking your pet along the Creek Trail next to our Park is recommended.
Fun zone
Located at the front of the Park is a playzone for the kids.
Keeping them entertained for hours are:
- Jumping pillow
- Giant Games
- Pedal Carts
Playground
Next to the camp kitchen is a small playground to let the little ones play as you cook and share a meal together. It has:
- Swings
- Seesaws
Swimming Lake
Right next door to our Park is the Naracoorte and Lucindale Council public Swimming Lake, which is FREE for our guests to take a refreshing dip in during summer.
The lake is usually open from late November to end of March.
Games Room
Overlooking the village green is a games room for all guests' use. Escape to this cool/warm space with family and friends to play a game of air hockey or hold your own pinball championship.
The coin-operated machines are serviced regularly and take coin or card payments.

Tiny Train Rides
Out Of Order - Back On The Tracks Soon
Take a fun ride on the iconic Naracoorte Tiny Train around a miniature landscape detailed with animal statues. An amusement for kids and adults, tickets are available for purchase by both Park guests and day visitors at Reception. A ride on the Tiny Train is also included with Fun Pass purchases for the Mini Golf, Pedal Carts & Bounce Pillow.

Mini Golf
Call family, friends, and fellow travellers to a social round of mini golf. Fun for all, the 18-hole course features straight, twist & turn, ramp, and obstacle greens that beginners and experienced players all enjoy. Tickets are available for purchase by both Park guests and day visitors at Reception. A round of mini golf is also included with Fun Pass purchases for the Tiny Train, Pedal Carts & Bounce Pillow.
Kids Club
Fill childhood memories with friends and fun every school holidays at the FREE Kids Club. With a range of activities on offer there’s something to suit everyone. From creative arts and crafts, athletic team games and competitions, to delicious decorate and eat treats, and tunza fun discos and scavenger hunts, it’s the best thing to do in the school holidays. Campfire Gatherings
Experience the highly sought after Campfire Gatherings in winter. As the sun sets, come by the communal firepit and share marshmallows or toasties over a drink while swapping stories, and maybe even join in an impromptu sing-along when guest musicians are in the Park. These cozy evenings under the stars are a wonderful way to connect with nature and are only available at select times of the year and Parks, making them a treasured experience.
Occasional Events
Enjoy long weekends and festive holidays at Echo Holiday Parks with events proudly showcasing community businesses. Each event offering varies, from fundraising sausage sizzles, food and beverage venders, live entertainment, and games and activities.
